I recently purchased Alfred's DVD on guitar maintenance and I'd just like to say thanks for participating in this very educational DVD. I am embarassed to say that after 20 years of playing the guitar, I never knew how to change strings correctly. Subjects like adjusting the truss rod and intonation scared the hell out of fearing that I might do something wrong and forever ruin the guitar. Thanks to your DVD I am not setting up my guitars and they sound great. I'm not the type of person to write letters like this but you DVD was so beneficial that I couldnt help myself. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

I just wanted to thank the three of you for the excellent customer service and work on my Epiphone Les Paul Studio and SG. The skinny-heavy setup, the perfectly low action, and the awesome fret repair make the guitars feel like an extension of my body. The high notes on the SG finally ring! I haven't been able to put down the guitars since I got them back. I have blisters underneath my calluses, but I can't stop playing because you made it feel so easy.

James Remar and his son Jason stopped by today. They had heard of our excellent services and guitars - and brought by two of theirs to get taken care of. James Remar appears in movies, TV and theater and has a long list of credits such as Dexter, Sharpshooter, 48hrs, Ratatouille, and about a 100 more! Two nicer people couldn't be found - we enjoyed their visit immensely.
